Tooth Whitening
We offer a home tooth whitening kit. This is easy to do and is very popular. An impression is taken of your teeth by your dentist and special whitening trays are made. Whitening gel is used in the trays to gently lighten your teeth.
Crowns
A crown can be used to restore the look and function of a tooth. The tooth is prepared into a specific shape and an impression is then taken and sent to a dental laboratory. The laboratory construct the crown using the materials prescribed by your dentist. When the crown has been constructed it is cemented onto the tooth. Some people call a crown a ‘cap’.We now offer CEREC crowns. CEREC is an advanced dental technology enabling a faster, more convenient treatment in just one visit. Bridges
A bridge is used to fill a gap where a tooth is missing. They are often used at the front of the mouth for cosmetic reasons or at the back of the mouth to restore function. The tooth or teeth either side of the gap are prepared as for a crown or a groove is made into the tooth depending on the type of bridge prescribed. An impression is taken and sent to the lab. When the bridge has been constructed it is cemented in place. We now offer CEREC bridges. CEREC is an advanced dental technology enabling a faster, more convenient treatment in just one visit. We are unable to do white fillings on back teeth on the NHS, however, as an NHS patient you can request Independent treatment.
Inlays

It can be made from different materials such as gold, porcelain or composite. Porcelain and composite are popular for aesthetic reasons and gold is often used for its strength.
