We ask you to use our secure online portal prior to your appointment to update your medical history and personal details. It is a requirement for us to check your medical history each time you visit the practice in case there have been any changes which may affect your care. If you show symptoms a contagious illness, please do not come to the practice but call reception on 01569 760760 with as much notice as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for you.

On arriving at the practice, please ring the doorbell and wait to be let in. There is hand sanitiser inside the front door for you to use on entering the building. We have a touch pad on the wall for self check in or you can talk to our reception team. You may use the waiting room or the foyer if we are particularly busy.

Our practice follows infection control guidelines drawn up by SDCEP, the FGDP and PHE and we are a BDA Good Practice scheme member. This means that we are regularly inspected and are up-to-date with new guidance as issued. Our procedures may sometimes change as a result. We do this to make sure that both patients and staff are safe.
